Selling a house or finding one is rarely just a transaction. Usually it is a farewell or a beginning, often both. Since 1994 we have been with people on that path. We have built and bought ourselves, so we know how it feels. We take care of the rest.

The seller

We have sold houses and flats ourselves, including ones we were attached to. We know what it is like when strangers walk through the rooms and talk about the price. So we explain beforehand what will happen, keep appointments and show you openly what is left at the end. You decide when and to whom. Nobody has to act under time pressure with us.

The buyer

We have bought ourselves and know how long the night before signing can be. Buyers get the whole calculation from us: purchase price, additional costs, necessary works. We also show what speaks against a house. Whoever buys through us should still think it right in ten years. If a property does not fit, we say so, even if it costs us the deal.

The space

We plan and build ourselves. We see what a floor plan can do before anyone has moved a wall: where the light falls, what can be divided, what a conversion is likely to cost. Dipl.-Ing. Stella Lessmann brings this eye as an architect to every assessment. It helps sellers explain the value of their house and buyers see its potential.

RED Real Estates Development was founded in Vienna in 1994. For more than thirty years we have worked from Sterngasse in the first district, close to Schwedenplatz.

We are licensed real estate trustees with developer authorisation. In practice that means we broker property for others and know from our own work what happens before and after. We have planned, built, bought and sold, not only advised.

It has stayed small so that it stays personal.

Registered and organised

RED is a member of the Austrian Economic Chamber, in the professional group for real estate and asset trustees, and a member of the Austrian Association of the Real Estate Industry (ÖVI).

The licence of a real estate trustee covers work as agent, property manager and developer.
